Robert van Raay is Managing Director for Assured.  He is an internationally qualified valuer of plant, machinery and equipment.  Robert is a former Chairman of the RICS Executive Committee in Vic/Tas, a former mentor on the PCA Mentor Program, and a sought out valuer and expert witness on valuation issues throughout Australia and overseas.

A successful valuation approach starts with you.  We listen to your needs, and then ask why? Why do you need the valuation?  What are you using it for? We have been providing valuation services for over a third of a century, so we can provide a number of options for consideration, to provide you with the optimum result.

You want a valuation partner that understands your needs, the market, and tells you how it is.  Independence is not an option when it comes to valuations.  Our Managing Director has worked in Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firms for half of his career and as such is cognisant of the accounting, taxation, financial and compliance implications that accompany every valuation.
